Attio is a customer relationship management platform that includes AI features on every plan: Ask Attio for analysis, Custom Agents for tasks and a Web Agent for research1.
Best for: Sales teams that want to leave a legacy CRM for one built with agents and shared AI credits, while staying on a familiar per-seat model.
Not the right fit for: Companies trying to get off per-seat pricing altogether.
How Attio uses AI
AI and workflow features draw on two kinds of credit. Seat credits come with each user (100 on Free, 500 on Plus, 1,000 on Pro, 2,500 on Enterprise each month), and workspace credits are shared (250, 1,500, 10,000 and custom respectively). More workspace credits can be added in blocks of 5,000 to 50,000 a month1.
Bain's 2025 framework places list building in HubSpot among the "open doors", workflows where outside agents can do work through the software's interfaces2. A CRM with agents built in is one response to that pressure.
What it replaces
Attio replaces a CRM. It does not change the per-seat structure of CRM pricing: Plus and Pro are priced per user, with a 20% discount for annual billing1.

Strengths and limits
Strengths
- AI is included in the plan through credits, with a free tier to start.
- Agents and workflows sit in the CRM itself rather than in a separate tool.
- Published prices, with a 20% discount for annual billing.
Limits
- Still priced per seat; it replaces a CRM rather than reducing the seat count.
- Heavy AI use draws on credits, with extra workspace credits sold in blocks.
- It is a CRM only; finance, support and operations stay elsewhere.
Choose another option if: Your goal is to cut the number of paid seats across the company, not to modernise the CRM.
Pricing
Published. On the day we checked: Plus €31 and Pro €74 per user a month billed annually (€39 and €93 monthly); Enterprise custom.
Questions to ask Attio
- How many credits would our team's agents and workflows use in a typical month?
- How do we import our current CRM's history, including activities and custom fields?
- How would we export everything if we left?
